1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Viking Repair ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or website.
2. Services
Viking Repair provides appliance repair and maintenance services for Viking brand appliances and other premium appliance brands. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Diagnosis and repair of household appliances
- Replacement of faulty parts using genuine-quality components
- Preventive maintenance and inspection services
- Warranty-backed repair services
Viking Repair is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorized by Viking Range Corporation or any other appliance manufacturer.
3. Scheduling & Appointments
When you schedule an appointment through our website or by phone, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about the appliance and the issue
- Be present or have an authorized adult (18+) present during the service call
- Provide safe access to the appliance and surrounding area
- Notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) or missed appointments may be subject to a service call fee.
4. Pricing & Payment
All repair costs will be quoted upfront after diagnosis. No work will begin without your explicit approval of the quoted price. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Any additional parts or services discovered during repair that are not covered in the original quote will be communicated to you before proceeding.
5. Warranty
All completed repairs are covered by our warranty for a period of 90 days from the date of service. This warranty covers:
- Parts replaced during the repair
- Labor associated with the covered repair
- Defects in workmanship
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, power surges, accidents, or unrelated issues that arise after the repair. To claim warranty service, contact us within the warranty period with your original service receipt.
6. Limitation of Liability
Viking Repair's liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost food, lost income, or damage to surrounding property caused by pre-existing conditions.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
